THECUBE will be launching its in house Think Tank where we will be discussing economics, environmental, social, and innovation issues. We aim to create conversation and instigate ideas that will help all of us create better enterprises.

The topic will be ‘ What would the world look like without corporations?’ This event is by invitation only and it is limited to 10 places.

PLATYPUS: Problem Solving & Brainstorm Event

Platypus is THECUBE’s new platform to invite the community and our members to do collaborative brainstorming in order to generate new ideas, solve problems, and tap into each others resources.

Introductions
Each person will have 20 seconds to introduce themselves and then 60sec to write down their problem.

Brainstorming & Problem Solving
5 Problems will be drawn out of a bowl at random and then as a group we will help solve it. This problem can be anything from discussing a new idea, ,marketing, accounting, anything.

Contact Building
The next portion of the day everyone will share 1 contact with each person, this can be a direct contact or a resource. This means that everyone should walk about with 20 new contacts or resources to help them advance their idea.

However his top three tips are;

1. Hold yourself accountable, tell someone what you would like to do and have them follow up to see if you have done it.

2. Take one tangible baby-step towards the direction that you would like to go.

3. ‘Showup’ no matter how small the opportunity maybe, go ahead and do it as the more you do the more things will begin to happen.
