8 Fold Will Be Hosting From Apps to Zen

zenplace - medium

CUBER 8 Fold will be hosting an event at THECUBE on Friday 24th of September…..

Feeling overwhelmed with the web and social media?

Never seem to have enough time in the day to get everything done?

Join Cube member, Sinead Mac Manus from 8fold in a new mentoring group starting this September. Called From Apps to Zen, after Sinead’s blog, the group will meet once a month over a 3 month period tackling a range of topics from digital technologies to effectiveness at work.

Sinead comments:

“As a trainer I am always thrilled when people really get something out of my workshops – that aha! moment of clarity. However, sometimes when I follow up with people, they haven’t got around to putting the ideas into practice!

Thinking about this problem, which I am guilty of as well, the idea of setting up a mentoring group where we could address a range of issues around the web, social media and productivity, but with clear actions and To-Dos for the next meeting, seemed to make sense. The idea is that people will be held accountable to getting stuff done, to themselves and to the group. We will start at the beginning, and work our way to Zen.”

From Apps to Zen will be held at THECUBE once a month starting Friday, 24th September.

For full details please visit the 8fold website or reserve your place here (CUBE members can avail of a 10% discount by using the discount code CUBE.)
